NINE DOTS (referencing the 9 islands in the Azores Archipelago) is a unique hotel that combines elements of traditional Azorean architecture with minimalist and modern design, offering a distinctive experience for guests. The hotel is superbly located near to the old town centre, the marina and our boat base and offers contemporary rooms with breakfast included. Rooms can accommodate from 1 to 5 people, some with private patio or private balcony and include a mini bar with complimentary regional products. With Azorean art as its central theme, the hotel’s core values focus on community and environmental responsibility and the promotion of local artists, culture, and craftsmanship.

Recently renovated, Hotel Gaivota is conveniently located facing the marina and a few minutes walk from our boat base and the old town centre. Single/double/twin 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments are modern, clean and comfortable, some with balcony and ocean views. Breakfast is included and apartments also feature a lounge, dining area and self catering facilities. There is a cordoned off area for sea bathing at the marina opposite the hotel which is popular with local people and tourists alike.

Set in a small village just 10 minutes by road from Ponta Delgada, Senhora do Carmo is a beautifully restored old property.  With just 9 beautifully designed rooms featuring volcanic stone and set in peaceful gardens, this is a tranquil oasis where you can truly relax.

Each room is ensuite with air conditioning, kettle, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, TV, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, shower gel and hand/body lotion. Breakfast is served each morning and guests are free to use the fully equipped kitchen at the property with complimentary fruit, tea/coffee available all day. In the gardens you will find outdoor terraces with loungers and a jacuzzi.

Populo and Milicias black sandy beaches are a short 20 min walk away (or 3 mins by car) where you will find beach cafes and life guard. Parking is free at the property.

Located in the heart of the historic centre of Ponta Delgada and a short 10 minute walk to our boat base,  this spacious 3 double bedroom self catering apartment with private balcony is ideal for families. Located within the grounds of Hotel Talisman**** guests can also enjoy full use of the hotel facilities including 24 hour reception, restaurant, bar, roof top swimming pool and gym.

Suitable for upto 6 guests (+ additional occasional beds for small children) this large apartment has 1 double bed and 2 twin rooms (which can be made into double beds if requested). There are 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining area and private outdoor terrace where you can enjoy meals or simply relax and watch the sunset.

The apartment features include air conditioning, TV, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, coffee machine, safe, towels, and various other amenities. Extra beds, cots and highchairs can be provided.
